I am an ST5 in General Adult Psychiatry, currently working at Oldham, and am the Higher Trainee representative for the School of Psychiatry Operational Board. This involves me attending the School Operational Board meetings on a quarterly basis, where my role is to feed back the Higher Trainees’ views in relation to training issues that occur on a deanery wide basis, and to provide you with feedback regarding the board’s response.
